三、主要技术参数: SH远红外石英加热元件单支电压为220V,380V或用户需要其它电压等级。
1、 长度300-3,000mm;外径:Φ10-50mm;功率:300—6,000W。本公司还可按用户特殊要求的各项技术参数加工、设计、制造。
2、 表面温度分三档:低温:380℃——480℃ 中温:500℃——650℃ 高温:680℃—750℃
3、 相对辐射特性:该石英加热元件在远红外部分有较强的发射, 比起其他各类远红外原件,波长>6 μ 时,辐射能量尤为显著。
4、 光谱发射率:SH石英加热元件不需涂层,乳白管即起辐射作用,又起支撑绝缘作用,光谱发射率波长>5 μ 时,ε λ >0.9。
5、 辐射效率高,热惯性小,本身具有的热能量仅为碳化硅和金属管的10%,热惯性<20秒。特别适用于间歇式生产工艺,连续式更佳。
